What is the process for making your Frozen food items?
We cook delicious dishes from scratch. We cook in a licensed commercial
kitchen and freeze them right away. The freezing process is a method of
preserving food without adding preservatives. We keep the food frozen up to the
moment we deliver it to you.
What should I do after I receive my frozen items?
If you are not enjoying them within the next 1-3 days, we recommend keeping
them in your freezer.
How to I heat up the proteins?
*Keep frozen until ready to eat.
o Stove heating Instructions:
Place contents inside a pot and close with lid. Heat up at a
medium setting, stirring occasionally.
*Microwave Instructions:
o Place contents inside microwaveable container.
o Frozen - place contents in microwave set to high for 10 mins. Stir
contents and then place back in microwave set to medium
potency for another 3 mins.
o Thawed out food - Place contents in microwave for 3 mins at high
potency.
How to cook the lasagnas?
Keep frozen until ready to eat.
Heating Instructions:
o From frozen
1. Heat oven to 385 degrees
2. Remove lid from container
3. Cover with aluminum foil
4. Cook for 75 minutes
5. Remove lid and cook for 15 more minutes or until golden
brown
6. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes
o From Thawed:
1. Heat oven to 385 degrees
2. Remove lid from container
3. Cover with aluminum foil
4. Cook for 45 minutes
5. Remove lid and cook for 15 more minutes or until golden
brown
6. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes
Where do you deliver/ship?
Currently we deliver our Frozen and Gourmet Items in Broward County. Gourmet
Items can also be shipped nationwide.
What happens if I am not home during order delivery?
We transport all our frozen orders in cooler boxes with Ice packs designed to
keep the food frozen. If you are not home, we will leave your order in your
designated area, inside a cooler bag also containing ice packs.
How do I know the delivery date and time window?
We will contact you via text with your delivery window. Currently deliveries are
made every Wednesday and Thursday. If you need a special delivery window,
please just contact us.
What are your delivery restrictions?
Delivery of frozen items is currently only offered in Broward County. We are
unable to delivery to PO Boxes. In the event of inclement weather, we may need
to reschedule your delivery.
How do I resolve a delivery issue?
If there is an issue with your delivery such as missing or damaged products,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and
do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Why don’t you offer exchanges or returns?
We don’t offer exchanges or returns because of the perishable nature of our
products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us
and we will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
